CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. As a small beauty business, appointments are reserved exclusively for each client, so we kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit and can no longer reschedule. Cancellations done any time before the 48 hour mark are NON refundable and can only be rescheduled. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment time one time. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed without notice may require a new deposit or payment in full before booking another appointment. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may shorten your service time, and in some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. The full service price may still apply. All clients have a 10 minute grace period, any time longer than that will result in cancelation. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.
